Stewardship

Holy Spirit Parish was founded on the Gospel principle of Stewardship. 

This principle calls for each of us to make a positive, significant return to the Lord of the gifts of Time, Talent and Treasure which He has given to us.  Our parish has subsisted on the principle of Stewardship throughout its existence.  All parishes in our diocese are now using the stewardship concept.

All prospective new families are invited to an informative breakfast where they register with the assistance of their sponsor.  We try to welcome all new families and explain our Stewardship program.  We encourage each NEW family to join us and be part of our Holy Spirit Family.

Parishioners who perform Stewardship ministry functions in our Parish perform one or more of the following roles:

•   Sponsor and register new families/host breakfast
•   Assist in the semi-annual stewardship drives
•   Maintain parish census
•   Record the financial contributions
•   Provide quarterly statements
•   Distribute contribution envelopes
