Advocacy

Legislative Advocacy - A lobbying group of concerned Catholic citizens and others whose objective is to educate parishioners, the public and legislators about issues concerning the poor, the handicapped, the elderly, etc. Under the direction of the Diocesan Office of Justice & Peace, this ministry seeks to effect policy changes through letter writing and the circulation and presentation of petitions.
