REGISTERING TO ATTEND MASS
Parishioners will be able to register to attend a specific Mass (5 pm Saturday or 11 am Sunday) each weekend through our ParishSoft online Mass registration. If parishioners do not have access to the internet, they may register by calling the parish office (468-3600, ext. 116) during normal working hours Tuesday to Thursday, 9AM-4:30PM.
Weekly registration will begin on Tuesday and close on Thursday to provide the staff and ushers enough time to configure the proper seating arrangements necessary to comply with proper social distancing. Seating is limited and registration will be conducted on a first come, first served basis.
During the registration process, parishioners will be asked the following questions:
o Have you or anyone in your household had a fever in the past two (2) weeks?
o Do you or anyone in your household have a new cough or new shortness of breath?
o Have you come into contact with anyone who is positive with COVID-19 in the past two (2) weeks?
If the response to any of these questions is “Yes,” the parishioner/household WILL NOT be permitted to enter the church building to attend Mass. If a parishioner or anyone in his/her household has traveled outside the state of Virginia in the past two (2) weeks, the entire household must adhere to the CDC quarantine guidelines and must observe self-quarantine. The household WILL NOT be permitted to attend Mass.
Weekly Registrations open Tuesday-Thursday
ATTENTION: All those who attended public Mass last weekend are respectfully asked to make a sacrifice for your fellow parishioners and allow them to register first to attend one of the Masses this weekend so that everyone will have an opportunity to partake in the celebration of the Eucharist. If spots are still available on Thursday, those who attended Mass last weekend should feel free to register at that time.
Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time of extreme caution. We continue to pray for one another and for the time when we will all be able to gather safely.
