Adult volunteers needed:

Adult Crew Leaders – Adults to oversee a set of crews (small groups) to each station. 6-8 group leaders needed. Will travel with the same crew throughout the day. Primary problem solver and disciplinary for crew.

Adult Station Leaders - Overseeing the stations the crews rotate between. Youth Volunteers at station will be heavy handed in leadership, the Adult Leader at the station gives youth volunteers support and guidance. 4-5 station leaders needed.

Hall Monitor/Security – adults to oversee kid and volunteer check-in, and monitor front doors. 3 adults needed.
Important - Please note:
Prior to July 12, 2025, all adult volunteers 18 years and older MUST have completed an annual diocesan background screening within the past year and completed safe environment training (either the initial VIRTUS: Protecting God's Children or the refresher module Healthy Boundaries for Adults) within the past five years.
