About the event
Our parish is hosting a Basic Self-Defense Training Workshop at the Norfolk Karate Academy. Whether you have never taken a self-defense class in your life or simply want to refresh your skills, this workshop is open to everyone. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and a willingness to learn.

WHO CAN ATTEND: All are welcome, ages 5 and up!
COST: Ages 5–10: FREE Ages 11 & up: $10
ATTIRE: Modest athletic clothing suitable for movement
PARKING: will be available at the location.
