A Garden Born from 50 Years of Faith
To commemorate 50 years of our journey as a church, Holy Spirit is creating a Rosary Garden dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
For five decades, Holy Spirit Catholic Church has been a home of faith, community, and devotion for the families of Virginia Beach. As we mark this milestone, our parish is creating something beautiful and lasting, a Rosary Garden where parishioners, visitors, and anyone seeking a moment of quiet prayer can encounter God in a space of natural beauty.
The garden is designed as a winding path through flowering plants and greenery, with spaces for prayer and reflection along the way. It will serve as a permanent outdoor shrine dedicated to Our Lady, a place where parishioners can walk the mysteries of the Rosary, gather for outdoor prayer, and find peace in the presence of God's creation.
Estimated for completion in October 2026, the Rosary Garden will be a gift from this generation of Holy Spirit parishioners to all those who will come after us.
